Values

  1. Inclusiveness – We value inclusion and promote this in our interactions with team members, endusers, and 3rd party developers regardless of their gender, ethnicity, disability, experience, faith, opinions or any of the other “usual suspects”. Our product also aims to be inclusive, allowing people to use it, regardless of disability, platform, location or quality of connection.
  2. Standards compliance – We value compliance to web standards, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines.
  3. Collaboration – We value contributions, suggestions and feedback from all who participate in the collaborative development of Mambo and the Mambo community.
  4. Competency – We value competency and strive to grow the pool of knowledge and skills in the team, our endusers and 3rd party developers.
  5. Stability – We value stability in both our product and our team of developers. Mambo provides a CMS that is stable and reliable for our endusers (while not falling in the trap of stagnation) and a team with a long history of involvement with the project.
  6. Innovativeness – We value innovation and creativity in anticipating enduser needs and using technology to solve them.
  7. Responsiveness – We value responsiveness in our interaction with endusers, 3rd party developers, and within the team. We address feedback in a timely manner and are steadfast in our ongoing support for endusers and developers as well as our constant monitoring of our product’s performance.
  8. Accountability - We hold ourselves accountable to our developers, endusers, members, partners, and teams by honouring our commitments, providing results, and striving for the highest quality.
